  • If your proposal included options, please indicate which options you would like to accept and include in your project. (example: 1, 2, 4 etc)
  • Please provide the email address that you would like to use to correspond with our team about the project(s) listed in the Proposal.
  • Please provide the way you prefer to be contacted during this project. Email, phone, text etc.
